Order violates Father's right to due process

In Cole v. Cole, 38 FLW D2376 (Fla. 3d DCA) Opinion filed November 13, 2013, The trial court abused its discretion when it awarded the Mother sole "custody" of the parties daughter for one month without interference by the Father ot Father's family, where Father was not given the opportunity to present any evidence at hearing. This violated the Father's right to procedural due process.
