No abuse of discretion in amount or duration of alimony awarded in a long-term marriage

In the case of Demarco v. Demarco, 38 FLW D1804a (Fla. 5th DCA) opinion filed August 23, 2013, the DCA, in an opinion that is quite short and gives us no details at all, affirmed an alimony awarded to the wife in a long-term marriage noting the affirmation was without prejudice to the husband seeking a modification upon retirment citing Pimm v. Pimm, 601 So. 2d 534 (Fla. 1992); see also 61.08(7), Fla. Stat. (2012).
